Microscopic surgery for lumbar disease is a safe and well-established method.

In the new endoscopic surgery (unilateral biportal endoscopic surgery), surgery is performed from a total of two surgical portals, one for inserting the endoscope and one for operating device.

However, there is no need to make a large incision in the back muscles as in the past.

As a result, there is less strain on the body, so there is less pain in the wound after surgery and recovery is faster.
