Exercise therapy for stiff shoulders

I’m suffering from stiff shoulders, what kind of exercise should I do?

Stiff shoulders are pain, tiredness, discomfort, and fatigue caused by muscle tension from the back of the neck to the shoulders. Exercise therapy for stiff shoulders involves exercising to reduce muscle tension.

In particular,

① Change or maintain your posture so that your muscles are not strained.

② Increase muscle strength so that it can withstand the load.

 ③ Stretch the muscles

Etc.

Below are some exercises that you can easily do at home.

It’s all simple, and you’ve probably seen it before.

However, it is important not only to know, but to actually do the exercise, and to continue patiently.

If you are suffering from stiff shoulders, do not overdo it and continue daily as long as you do not feel any pain.

Neck exercise

① Keep your face facing forward and place your hand on your lower chin.

② Push your chin backwards lightly.

Continue for about 20 seconds each time.

① Turn your face to the front and relax.

② Shrug your shoulders. Continue for about 20 seconds each time.

Neck stretch

① With your face facing forward, place your hand on your lower chin, turn your face upwards, and extend the front side of your neck.

② Place your hands behind your head, turn your face down, and extend the back of your neck.

① With your face facing forward, place your hand on your head, tilt your neck sideways, and extend the sides of your neck.

② Do the same on the other side.
